1. من نحن
«مسار» (Masar Tawjihi) منصة تعليمية على الإنترنت لطلبة الثانوية العامة (التوجيهي) في فلسطين ومعلميهم، تقدّم خطة دراسية وملخصات ودروساً ومجتمعات تفاعلية مع المعلمين. الموقع: masartawjihi.com. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها وحقوقك فيها.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف (إن أدخلته)، الصورة الشخصية، ونوع الحساب (طالب أو معلم). كلمة المرور للحسابات المسجلة بالبريد تُخزَّن مشفّرة (hash) ولا نستطيع الاطلاع عليها.
- عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google: نستلم من Google اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورتك العامة فقط. لا نصل إلى جهات اتصالك أو بريدك أو ملفاتك أو أي بيانات أخرى في حسابك على Google، ولا ننشر شيئاً باسمك.
- البيانات الأكاديمية: الفرع الدراسي، المدرسة أو المديرية، وللمعلمين: المادة وسنوات الخبرة واسم المدرسة أو المركز عند طلب التوثيق.
- النشاط التعليمي: المهام وجلسات الدراسة، النقاط، الملاحظات والبطاقات التعليمية، تقدّمك في الدروس، ومحاولات الاختبارات.
- المحتوى الذي تنشره: المنشورات والتعليقات والتصويت في الاستطلاعات وطلبات الانضمام للمجتمعات.
- وصولات الدفع: صورة الوصل التي ترفعها عند الاشتراك في مجتمع مدفوع. تُحفظ في تخزين خاص ولا يطّلع عليها إلا المعلم المعني وإدارة المنصة لمراجعة الطلب.
- معلومات تقنية: رموز الإشعارات لجهازك (في التطبيق)، وبيانات الجلسة المحفوظة في متصفحك للحفاظ على تسجيل دخولك وتفضيلاتك، وسجلات أمنية لحماية الحساب.
بيانات مستخدمي Google (Google User Data)
- ما الذي نصل إليه: عند اختيارك «تسجيل الدخول عبر Google» نطلب صلاحيات الهوية الأساسية فقط (openid وemail وprofile)، ونستلم اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورتك العامة. لا نطلب ولا نصل إلى Gmail أو Google Drive أو التقويم أو جهات الاتصال أو أي بيانات أخرى.
- كيف نستخدمها: فقط لإنشاء حسابك على المنصة وتسجيل دخولك وعرض اسمك وصورتك داخلها وإرسال رسائل البريد الضرورية (مثل رمز التأكيد أو استعادة كلمة المرور).
- أين نخزّنها: في قاعدة بياناتنا لدى Supabase، وتُنقل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) وتُحفظ مشفّرة على الخوادم.
- هل نشاركها: لا نبيعها ولا نؤجرها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو لبناء ملفات تعريفية تسويقية أو لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي. تقتصر مشاركتها على مزوّدي الخدمة الذين يشغّلون المنصة (القسم 4) أو عند وجود التزام قانوني.
- الاحتفاظ والحذف: نحتفظ بها حتى تحذف حسابك. يمكنك الحذف من إعدادات الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب أو بمراسلتنا على privacy@masartawjihi.com، كما يمكنك سحب صلاحية المنصة في أي وقت من myaccount.google.com/permissions.
استخدام «مسار» لأي معلومات تُستلم من واجهات Google البرمجية ونقلها إلى أي تطبيق آخر يلتزم بـ سياسة بيانات المستخدم في خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل حسابك وتخصيص الخطة الدراسية بحسب فرعك.
- احتساب النقاط وعرض الترتيب والتقدّم.
- التواصل بينك وبين المعلمين داخل المجتمعات، ومراجعة طلبات الانضمام والتوثيق.
- إرسال رسائل بريد ضرورية فقط: رمز تأكيد الحساب واستعادة كلمة المرور.
- حماية المنصة ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض تسويقية.
4. الجهات التي تعالج البيانات نيابةً عنا
نستخدم مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل المنصة، وكل منهم يعالج البيانات اللازمة لخدمته فقط:
- Supabase: قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة وتخزين الملفات.
- Cloudflare: استضافة الموقع وحمايته.
- Resend: إرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني الضرورية.
- Google: تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google عند اختيارك ذلك.
- YouTube: تشغيل فيديوهات الدروس المضمّنة (تُحمَّل من نطاق youtube-nocookie.com، وقد تخضع لسياسة خصوصية YouTube).
استخدامنا للمعلومات الواردة من واجهات Google البرمجية يلتزم بـ سياسة بيانات المستخدم في خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود.
5. الأمان
تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) وتُحفظ على خوادم سحابية محمية مع سياسات أمان على مستوى السجلات (Row Level Security) تضمن أن كل مستخدم يصل إلى بياناته فقط، وأن لا يطّلع مستخدم على بيانات غيره إلا بالقدر الذي تسمح به طبيعة الخدمة (مثل ظهور اسمك للمعلم في مجتمعه).
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك قائماً. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به نهائياً في أي وقت من إعدادات الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب، أو بمراسلتنا على privacy@masartawjihi.com. بعد الحذف لا يمكن استرجاع الحساب.
7. حقوقك
يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذفها، وسحب موافقتك على تسجيل الدخول عبر Google من إعدادات حسابك في Google. لأي طلب راسلنا على البريد أدناه.
8. الأطفال
المنصة موجّهة لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية، وغير موجّهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. إذا علمتَ أن طفلاً دون هذا العمر سجّل لدينا فراسلنا لنحذف حسابه.
9. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنعرض تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها، وسنُعلمك بأي تغيير جوهري عبر المنصة أو البريد الإلكتروني.

Privacy Policy (English)
Last updated: October 8, 2026. Masar Tawjihi ("Masar", masartawjihi.com) is an online learning platform for Tawjihi (Palestinian general secondary exam) students and their teachers.
Data we collect:
- Account data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), profile picture and account type (student or teacher). Passwords of email accounts are stored hashed.
- With Google sign-in we receive only your name, email address and public profile picture. We do not access your contacts, email, files or anything else in your Google account, and we never post on your behalf.
- Academic profile (study track, school, and for teachers: subject, years of experience, school or center), learning activity (tasks, study sessions, points, notes, flashcards, lesson progress, quiz attempts) and content you post (posts, comments, poll votes, join requests).
- Payment receipt images you upload to join a paid community, stored privately and visible only to the relevant teacher and platform staff for review.
- Technical data: push notification tokens for your device, browser session data to keep you signed in, and security logs.
How we use it: to run your account and study plan, calculate points and progress, enable communication between students and teachers, send essential emails (sign-up verification code and password reset), and keep the platform secure. We do not sell or rent your data, do not show ads, and do not share it for marketing.
Service providers: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Cloudflare (hosting and protection), Resend (transactional email), Google (sign-in, if you choose it) and YouTube (embedded lesson videos). Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data
- What we access: when you choose "Sign in with Google" we request only the basic identity scopes (openid, email, profile) and receive your name, email address and public profile picture. We do not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google data.
- How we use it: only to create your account, sign you in, show your name and picture inside the platform, and send essential emails (such as a verification code or password reset).
- Where it is stored: in our database at Supabase, transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted at rest.
- Sharing: we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, marketing profiles, or to train AI or machine-learning models. It is shared only with the service providers that run the platform (listed above) or where required by law.
- Retention and deletion: we keep it until you delete your account (Profile settings → Delete account, or email privacy@masartawjihi.com). You can also revoke the platform's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Masar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security: data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected with Row Level Security so each user can access only their own data, except what the service requires to be shared (for example, a teacher can see the members of their own community).
Retention and deletion: we keep your data while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile settings → Delete account, or by emailing privacy@masartawjihi.com.
Children: the platform is for secondary-school students and is not directed to children under 13.
